Zyl Optix Vision Clinic 501(C)(3) not for profit will provide premium, ophthalmic care by offering full comprehensive eye screenings and premium eye wear at a low to no cost. Care will be provided to everybody even if they don’t have the ability to pay. We strive to care for the population who cannot otherwise afford eye care.

We will have one of the only in house full service labs with the latest and best quality equipment in the nation. That includes in house non glare and free form lens surfacing capabilities.

We strive to care for the population who cannot otherwise afford eye care. We do not require patients to file paperwork regarding financial or legal status. Just a simple registration form.
We will Take Medicare and Medicaide for the eye screening and everything medical but the optical eye ware will be a cash basis only.
